Cleaning Service Terms & Policies
We believe in transparency. Please review the following terms before booking — by submitting a request, you agree to these policies.
Our services are residential only, including Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), Carpet Cleaning, and specialized add-ons.
Only the tasks included in your selected package and approved add-ons will be performed. Extra requests may require additional time and may be billed separately.
All quotes and estimated cleaning times are estimates only. Actual times may vary depending on home condition, level of buildup, number of cleaners assigned, add-on services, and additional requests made during service.
Final pricing reflects the actual time required to complete service to our quality standard. We do not rush or reduce detail to meet an estimated timeframe.

Standard oven cleaning is included with Deep and Move-In/Move-Out services. Ovens requiring more than 2 hours of heavy buildup cleaning will be considered Restorative and billed at $60–$70/hour.
We focus on detail and do not compromise quality to meet a flat rate.
Carpet cleaning results may vary depending on carpet type, age, and pre-existing stains. We take care to protect floors, carpets, and appliances, but we cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, stains, or scratches.
Appliances may be moved to clean behind or beneath them. Clients must disclose any fragile or antique items.
Add-ons must be requested at the time of booking to ensure adequate scheduling time. Final pricing varies based on time and condition.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late fees apply as follows:
- $25 late fee if payment is not received within 24 hours of invoice
- +$10 per day after 72 hours past due
- Accounts unpaid after 7 days may result in suspension of future services
Open communication regarding payment timing is welcomed within the initial 48-hour period. Approved arrangements will prevent late fees.
Fresh Beginnings Co LLC reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances, and the client agrees to be responsible for any reasonable collection or legal fees incurred.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee.
This policy protects our time and scheduling availability for other clients.
Clients are responsible for communicating specific requests, preferences, or priority areas at the time of booking or prior to service.
While we follow a detailed cleaning checklist, every home is different. We welcome feedback and respectful corrections — this helps us improve and ensures your satisfaction.
Requests not communicated prior to or during service may require additional time and may be billed accordingly.
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful working environment. Disrespectful, aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior toward our team will not be tolerated.
If such behavior occurs and is not corrected, we reserve the right to discontinue service immediately. In this event, the client will be billed for:
- The full amount of time worked at the applicable hourly rate, or
- A minimum service fee of $100, whichever is greater
Our team's safety and well-being are a top priority.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose items, or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.
Any concerns or claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
