Each package builds on the one below it. Floors Only covers sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Floors & Bathrooms adds full bathroom sanitation. Kitchen, Baths & Floors adds counters, appliance exteriors, and cabinet spot cleaning. Full Maintenance covers everything — kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, dusting, and floors throughout.
If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days, an Initial Cleaning is required before starting recurring service. This establishes a clean baseline so every maintenance visit stays efficient and consistent. Homes with heavy buildup may require a Deep Cleaning instead.
Homes are expected to be in generally maintained condition for maintenance visits. If additional detailing is needed, we'll communicate with you before proceeding. Any extra time required will be billed at the maintenance rate of $50/hour. We never surprise you with charges — transparency is always the priority.
Yes — your service is flexible. You can upgrade or change your package at any time, and adjust frequency between weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as your needs change. Just let us know before your next scheduled visit and we'll update your plan.
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours results in a $50 rescheduling fee. This protects our schedule and availability for other clients. We're always happy to reschedule with enough notice — just reach out and we'll work with you.
