We offer Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and Carpet Cleaning. We also offer flexible packages like Floors Only, Floors & Bathrooms, and Kitchen, Bathrooms & Floors. All services are residential only.
Pricing is based on square footage, home condition, and the level of detail required. All listed prices are starting ranges for homes in average condition. Time estimates are for planning only — if cleaning exceeds the estimated timeframe, additional time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Maintenance Cleaning: $50/hour. Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, or Restorative Cleaning: $60–$70/hour. We never rush or reduce detail to meet a flat-rate expectation — final pricing reflects the actual time needed to complete the job to our quality standard.
Yes — if your home hasn't been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days, an Initial Cleaning is required before starting recurring maintenance. This establishes a clean baseline so ongoing visits stay efficient and consistent.
We're based in Yelm, WA and primarily serve the surrounding communities including Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Roy, Rainier, and Tenino. One-time cleanings may be available outside our primary area — just reach out and we'll see what we can do.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. This protects our time and scheduling availability for other clients.
Yes — we offer a variety of add-ons including dishes, interior windows, wall washing, door detailing, exterior cabinet cleaning, porch/garage sweeping, and trash haul-away. Add-ons must be requested at booking to ensure adequate scheduling time. Final pricing varies based on time and condition.
Yes — when booking you can choose from Standard Cleaning Products, Eco-Friendly Products, or Unscented Products. If you have allergies or sensitivities, just let us know during booking and we'll accommodate your needs.
