Cancellation Policy

Important: Please Read Before Booking an Appointment

We value your time and strive to serve our customers to the best of our ability. To ensure smooth scheduling, we have implemented a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A deposit of 50% of your service price is required no later than 72 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If a deposit is not received your appointment may be cancelled.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiting the deposit as a scheduling fee.

We also require clear communication regarding appointment details, such as entry instructions, whether someone will be present, and any specific preferences you may have. To help ensure we meet your expectations, we ask that all clients complete a brief questionnaire before booking.
